- Whistleblowers will not face retaliation, victimisation, or harassment for genuine reports
- False or malicious reports made in bad faith may result in disciplinary action

All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality. An acknowledgement will be sent within 24 hours of receipt. Investigations will be initiated within 7 business days. Appropriate corrective action will be taken based on the investigation findings. The whistleblower will be informed of the outcome where possible.
