Whistleblower Policy

U Tele Services is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, corruption, and fraud. This Whistleblower Policy provides a safe and confidential channel for reporting genuine concerns about wrongdoing within the organisation.

  • Reports must be made in good faith with reasonable grounds for concern
  • Anonymous reports are accepted and will be investigated
  • Whistleblowers will not face retaliation, victimisation, or harassment for genuine reports
  • False or malicious reports made in bad faith may result in disciplinary action

This policy covers reporting of:

  • Bribery and corruption
  • Fraud and financial irregularities
  • Conflict of interest
  • Harassment and discrimination
  • Health and safety violations
  • Violations of company policies or applicable laws

All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality. An acknowledgement will be sent within 24 hours of receipt. Investigations will be initiated within 7 business days. Appropriate corrective action will be taken based on the investigation findings. The whistleblower will be informed of the outcome where possible.
